Make Up Classes
PARENT INFORMATION
How make up tokens work:
Neptune Swim School has the most flexible make-up policy in the entire country. We will never ask you for a reason as to why you can’t make a class nor ask for any medical certificates, all we ask is that you mark an absence through the website or app any time up to the very start of the class!
This allows other parents to book in a last minute make up for a sibling who is already in a class, others to book a double class or another student to book a free trial!
– There are NO limits to the number of make-up tokens you can have in a month
– Make up tokens have NO EXPERIATION DATE! As long as you have an Active enrolment, you are able to use make up tokens.
– If you drop your enrolment, your make up tokens remain on your file until you rejoin at a later date.
– The only stipulation we have on our end is that make up tokens are not refundable as cash or monetary credits.
